I am extending great THANKS to anybody whom can assist in locating , his last know residence as of 2009 was Paia, Maui, Hawaii as a musician.

I am Beth Ann Holderman, single mother and independent subcontractor; I was unable to locate the Defendant, Joshua Garlathy for the first ten years of his support order. After working for the Department of Domestic Relations, I gained insight and knowledge of how poorly the department sometimes works thereby discovering the great value in personal investigation and Internet utilization. With your help, my daughter and I may find a piece of mind and true justice. Federal enforcement laws and civil procedures need to be renovated.

Case History Synopsis to Date: Our child was born in 1993, after non-payment proceeding pended, Joshua Garlathy vanished into Canada and was undetected as a non-Canadian citizen. In 2002, he was located in B.C. Canada, by tracking down a viable e-mail address via the Office of Child Support Enforcement. Domestic Relations then issued his first Civil Bench Warrant for arrest due to non-compliance. In 2005, he left Canada when he was forced by the Court to provide a garnishable bank account to pay this support order, he fled, and they issued his second Civil Warrant albeit evading detection until 2007. In December 2006, success, we located Garlathy via myspace.com. Two press articles regarding this situation then followed, the first article was "MySpace is no Place to Hide" published in the East Penn Press, the second followed in April 2007 published via the Morning Call Newspaper in Pennsylvania.

In 2007, I received an anonymous tip and located his two personal myspace pages. Due to this tip - I located him working at his sister's cookie company in Waitsfield, Vermont and received assistance from a local Bounty Hunter. After contacting the Bounty Hunter, they verified his employment and living address, and I took that information to Lehigh County Domestic Relations. I then traveled to Vermont and met the Bounty Hunter; we arranged legal transport back to PA for prosecution due to his first Pennsylvania issued civil warrant. We arrived at the cookie company while Joshua was working as an Account Manager, and we proceeded to walk into the main office. After not visibly being in Joshua's presence for over 13 years, he did not recognize me. After shaking his hand, he realized whom I was, and Joshua completely flipped out and began running throughout the cookie plant notifying his sister and brother-in-law that I was there with a Bounty Hunter. Joshua's sister pleaded with the Bounty Hunter and stated that she would keep him employed there, so he could pay his support order. We decided to leave him employed at his sister's cookie company versus detaining Joshua and transporting him back to Pennsylvania. Two weeks later, Joshua vanished as of April 2007. In 2008, the New Hire Reporting Agency in Hawaii began to garnish his wages, and for the first time he began to make regular monthly payments. After 16 years of never supporting his daughter, Garlathy did in fact pay 12 months of child support.

As of to date, Garlathy quit his job in May 2009, and stopped all support. Therefore, we are asking a community of individuals to assist in locating Joshua Garlathy/ AKA: Josh Gardner.
